It is part of an integrated township sprawling over 27,146 acres. The proposed township will accommodate 38 lakh residents. The project is a joint venture between Gujarat government and ILFS and comprises of 31 blocks ranging from block A to Z. The total built-up area is 14,50,00,000 sqft. Each block houses various building for multiple usage with heights varying from 60m to 400m. The tallest building in the project is Diamond Tower having height of 400 meters. The proposed resort development is located at Cap Ternay, Mahe island, Seychelles. The Seychelles are a group of islands in the Indian ocean off the eastern coast of Africa. The climate is tropical with heavy rainfall distributed almost throughout the year. The site is bounded by steep granitic ridges on either side, which contain between them a broad 'plateau' broken by swathes of mangrove and wetland formations. |
